Must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. or D.C., 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Between 9:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") 4/28/08 & 11:59:59 PM CT 4/30/09, go to www.PowerOfPaws.com and register for one or all of the following: (1) a free Power of Paws newsletter; (2) a free PAWS Power Pack DVD & Brochure containing a booklet on health tips for your pet & a Discovery Health DVD, limit one (1) per household, while supplies last; or (3) Tell Your Tail, a free online opportunity to share how your pet has positively impacted your life. For each eligible person that registers, Del Monte Foods will donate $1.00 to the registrant's choice of either of the following two charities: The Animal Medical Center (www.amcny.org) (up to a maximum of $125,000), or the Bergin University of Canine Studies (www.assistancedog.org) (up to a maximum of $100,000). If the supply of PAWS Power Pack DVDs & Brochures is exhausted, you can still register for the Power of Paws newsletter or Tell Your Tail and designate which charity you wish to receive the donation until the maximum of $125,000 for The Animal Medical Center, or $100,000 for the Bergin University of Canine Studies has been donated to each charity as designated. Limit one (1) registration/charity donation per email address and per household. Registrations generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Del Monte Foods and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Releasees") are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected registrations or PAWS Power Pack DVD & Brochure kit, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with this program, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the charity donation, the processing of registrations, or in any program-related materials. Releasees are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the offer. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this charity donation or downloading materials from or use of the website. Registrations by persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the charity donation or website or who are in violation of these Terms, as solely determined by Releasees, will not be honored. Valid only in the U.S.A. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Del Monte Foods which are final and binding.
